Our upstream carrier is currently investigating a disruption affecting the NBN POIs at 4MRA (Merrimac/Mermaid Waters) and 4SOP (Southport).
NBN
Telstra Ethernet Access Services (EA) in Western Australia (Service IDs N9xxxxxxQ) will experience a service interruption of up to 30 minutes. This is due to essential migration work being performed by our upstream carrier.
Fibre Services
Our upstream carrier has advised that they will be conducting Fibre cable upgrade works at POI 3LIL (Lilydale). This may affect nbn services to this POI for up to 7 hours during the outage window.
NBN
An upstream outage is impacting our voice circuits and inbound and outbound calls are not currently functioning for some voice customers.
