Numerous outages have been reported around Victoria and southern NSW due to extensive damage being caused by strong winds and rain. These reports currently impact NBN, Opticomm and Voice services across the region, and the overall impact is not known. Please be vigilant in checking the NBN and Opticomm websites for outages before contacting us, however we've already been advised that both networks are struggling to keep up with outage notifications and information displayed on both our client portal and their website may be severely delayed.
If you are currently experiencing an outage, please ensure you attempt to turn your modem/router off at the wall for at least 10 minutes, and again - check the NBN and Opticomm website before contacting us, as any ongoing outages on Friday March 27 are likely storm damage related.

A disruption to NBN services in Victoria was reported at around 2:45PM 18 Mar, 2025. We are currently investigating the root cause, but services seem to be restoring. Should you not have internet, please restart your modem/router, and service should be restored.
Our team has been made aware of a service disruption to our VIC-NSW link causing service performance issues and dropouts to our NBN customers.
