News: Planned NBN outages now visible in client portal

You can now see planned outages related to your NBN service in our client portal.

Browse to https://my.itsfubar.com.au/clientarea/services/nbn-consumer-services/ and login. Select the service you'd like to review, and click the "NBN Scheduled Outages" menu option. This provides a breakdown of any scheduled/planned outages related to NBN's infrastructure which might impact your NBN service.

This does not show any outages related to infrastructure run by IT'S FUBAR, these are visible at https://my.itsfubar.com.au/status.
