If you would like to cancel one of your services with us, you can do so directly through your client portal, rather than by raising a support request.
Please login at https://my.itsfubar.com.au, then:
- In the left side-bar, expand out "Services".
- Click the category of service you'd like to cancel, for example "Internet Services".
- Click the subcategory of your service, for example "NBN Consumer Services".
- Click on the ID of the service you'd like to cancel.
- On the service details page, a red button is available for "Request Cancellation".
- Complete the cancellation form.
Your service will cancel automatically based on the details entered into this form and you will not receive further invoices after the cancellation date.
Please note: you are unable to cancel a service with an outstanding invoice. If you wish to cancel a service, please ensure your service is paid and up to date prior to raising the cancellation request.
