How do I cancel my service?

If you would like to cancel one of your services with us, you can do so directly through your client portal, rather than by raising a support request.

Please login at https://my.itsfubar.com.au, then:

1. In the left side-bar, expand out "Services".
2. Click the category of service you'd like to cancel, for example "Internet Services".
3. Click the subcategory of your service, for example "NBN Consumer Services".
4. Click on the ID of the service you'd like to cancel.
5. On the service details page, a red button is available for "Request Cancellation".
6. Complete the cancellation form.

Your service will cancel automatically based on the details entered into this form and you will not receive further invoices after the cancellation date.

Please note: you are unable to cancel a service with an outstanding invoice. If you wish to cancel a service, please ensure your service is paid and up to date prior to raising the cancellation request.
